[1]  In 1947 while still in Illinois, Mr. Schell sold seven lots in Netherwood Park, 3^rd Filing (1919).  Beginning in 1950 after arriving in Albuquerque, he sold a number of lots in Netherwood Park Addition 1^st Filing (1926).  These early 1^st Filing sales had to be reversed because of his decision to replat the entire tract effective October 22, 1951 and subsequent development activities
